Handle and arrange the necessary paperwork and follow ups with the
General Pension & Social Security Authority with respect to the
employed UAE Nationals.
Ø
Recruit and retain Emirati talent.
Ø
To carry out assigned tasks with the HR strategy to the agreed
standard of performance.
Ø
To ensure that all HR Issues relating to the employments of locals
are raised & brought to the fore and discussed with the HR Manager.
Ø
To ensure the employment of locals, from visa admin, planning &
recruitments, compensation and benefits etc. is inline with local
legislation & HR best practices.
Ø
To ensure that all policies/procedures relating to Emiratization are
documented, approved by management and communicated across the
organization accordingly.
Ø
To ensure that relationships are developed and maintained with all
local Government bodies supporting Emiratization so relationships
can be leveraged to the advantage of the organization.
Ø
To promote the organization through local networks and
establishments e.g. universities.
Ø
To implement and monitor on a monthly basis all stats & reports
relating to the recruitments of locals.
Ø
To work with HR recruitment teams in sourcing of locals through
fairs open days etc.
Ø
To ensure all related press arrangements are coordinated with the HR
team and with necessary approvals secured.
Ø
To develop relationships with preferred agencies to proactively
participate in career fairs and raise the profile of the company as
a “Preferred Employer” for UAE Nationals, ensuring good relations
and close ties.
Ø
Review UAE National compensation and benefits package in relation to
the other organizations, making recommendation when necessary to
ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.
Ø
To co ordinate in regard to training and development of the Emirati
talent. |
